Webinar on How to Use the Outlook to Manage Tasks

 

The Papua New Guinea Centre for Judicial Excellence hosted a webinar for the National Judicial Staff Service (NJSS) Court Staff on “How To Use Outlook”. The facilitator was PNGCJE IT Manager Mr. Barry Ludin.

Attendees were introduced to concepts that would enable them to being more efficient in the provision of services to the Court users through the use of the software. Mr. Ludin gave detailed explanation of important features of the Outlook 365 software and how the staff can efficiently manage their work using the different features of the software.

“We need to create a habit of utilizing what we have for our benefit, for instance, using the features for scheduling tasks and managing our work effectively, says Mr. Ludin.

“I am very happy that I was able to participate in this webinar”, says PNGCJE Admin Assistant Olivia Paru who was a participant.  She added, “the information that I received was practical and will help me in my daily tasks”. The PNGCJE offers training and programs for court staff to improve access to Justice in Papua New Guinea.

Another participant, Rose Papiap from the NJSS acknowledged PNGCJE and said the training was so informative.

PNGCJE has been, and will continue to upskill Court Staff in basic ICT and management skills to adapt with the changes taking place in order to maintain efficiency and productivity. This would positively impact the performance of the Courts.
