The Papua New Guinea Centre for Judicial Excellence (‘PngCJE’) was established in 2010 under a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MoU’) entered into between the Chief Justice, Chief Magistrate and the Secretary for the Department of Justice and Attorney General.
